NU Family Dental offers the highest standard of care as well as payment options that work for all our patients. We participate with several major Dental PPO insurance plans. We will work closely with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement and gladly submit claims. Using Dental Insurance? 

Every patient is responsible for knowing the benefits, limitations, and payment responsibilities under their particular insurance plan. It is important to keep our office updated with any changes in dental insurance coverage. While we are happy to assist our patients where we can regarding insurance coverage, there are hundreds of plans available to patients and our office is not responsible for knowing and/or interpreting the terms and conditions of individual policies. Our office files claims for all reimbursable services to your insurance company and will bill out for any patient responsibility after your plan has paid its portion of the claim.

Payment of co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles, as per the terms of your policy, are expected at the time services are rendered.
